Applicants must have sufficient income to pay rent and are required to have a monthly income that is two (2) times the monthly rent of the unit they would occupy. 

Our screening process includes third-party income verifications from employers and landlords, evictions, credit and criminal background checks for every applicant over age 18. Households consisting entirely of full-time students are not eligible for this affordable housing program unless meeting one of the exemptions. We are a smoke-free and pet-free community. Unit size is determined by family size with no less than 1 person & no more than 2 people per bedroom. 
No one can be added to the household during the initial lease term of 1 year unless that addition is due to the documented birth of a child, marriage, legal adoption, foster child or as a need of a verified Reasonable Accommodation request due to a disability. 
Our Tax Credit Communities are operated under the LIHTC (low income housing tax credit) program and any falsification or misrepresentation will be considered a material breach.  Giving fraudulent or misrepresented information will invalidate this application and the applicant(s) will be denied housing.
